Processing Time

Personalisation for customised items has an estimated turnaround time of 1-3 weeks from the date of order as standard. If an item is desired for a particular date, the customer is advised to contact before ordering to determine whether that turnaround is possible. There may be additional fees for a rush order.

You will receive an email once the order has been posted, providing a tracking link. 

Postage

All orders are sent via Royal Mail:

Domestic (UK) - Tracked 48 hours £3.99

International postage to Europe has been halted for the foreseeable future.

International (Rest of World) - Tracked 5-7 working days. Prices vary dependant on destination country, starting from £14.35

When purchasing from outside of the UK, the customer is responsible for any additional duties or taxes payable that may arise upon your order entering your country. Please check with the relevant authorities before purchasing whether you are likely to have to pay any duties or taxes.
