FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I care for my embroidered piece?
Turn inside out, and pop in a delicates bag to wash (you can purchase these from our store too - search "delicates bag"). Ideally at 30º and no higher than 40º. Be sure there are no velcro, bra hooks, or anything which could get caught on the embroidery!
It is best to hang dry, or dry lying flat, rather than tumble dry - heat can make the wool shrink.
How can I order?
I periodically upload a selection of cardigans, jumpers, and perhaps a few other treasures! These will range in size, brand, colour, and styles - though all are carefully hand-picked by myself.
Simply add the one you want to your basket, including details of the name or letter you wish to be embroidered, along with any extras, and checkout. Please note just adding to basket does not reserve it, and the item is still able to be purchased.
I will then begin embroidering your custom details for you, and aim for a turnaround time of 2-4 weeks. Please do bear in mind I am just one person!
What's the difference between the small and large detail add-on options?
While this does cover a range of details that can be added (roses, daisies, wildflowers, bees, snowflakes, hearts, trees, etc) the difference between the two options is simply size (how much yarn and time is it going to take to embroider?).
A couple of tiny daisies dotted around the name, or a single snowflake on the front chest - small detail.
A range of wildflowers across the bottom of the back of the cardigan, or hearts covering the whole front - large detail.

Where can I see previous examples for inspiration?
Scroll down this page and click on an Instagram image to view, then on my @ to be taken to Instagram. There is also small Intagram icon at the bottom of every page on my site which links directly there. It features as a gallery and blog.
